INTRO & REASON FOR MEETING 

(member’s name), how long have you been with your union/association, (insert group name)? Great! Did you attend any of the union/association meetings, specifically the ones they talked about this program? Awesome, let me catch you up to speed.

As you can see, we’ve been working with your group for over 30 years and been helping out over X amount of members with these benefits. As it says at the bottom here, once you filled out your card, an AIL representative will call you to activate your benefits, witness your beneficiary designation and go over the supplementary benefits your group designed for you. 

So, let me ask you, what motivated you to send this card back?

OK, great…well that is why we are meeting right now. Let me tell you a bit more about who we are. AIL, part of Globe Life, is the only 100% unionized insurance company in the world and works with over 20,000 major unions and associations in North America. As you may know, many of these groups have great benefits through work, however all of those leave once you leave your job and that’s why the group got us in place to handle their supplemental life insurance benefits. 

Unless you are a member of a group we work with, you have probably never heard of us, but I am sure you have heard of Air Canada, Loblaws, and Coca-Cola, right? Well, we are the company that works with the unions that represent their workers and we’ve been around for over 70 years!


Now, (member’s name), are you a big sports fan? I ask because we are also the official insurance company of the Dallas Cowboys, LA Lakers and Texas Rangers. Pretty cool, eh?



RECRUITING COLLECTION 

One of the biggest things our company focuses on is giving back to the community and helping out our member’s families and close ones. Before, when we used to come by in person, we would always collect a canned food item but now, with us being virtual, the groups wanted us to find another way we can give back. So they opened up some unionized career opportunities with benefits and work from home positions. Who’s the first person that comes to mind that might be looking for a change or WFH position? Now, before I get their name, I can’t promise them getting hired, but I can promise our hiring manager to give them a call and see if it’s a good fit.

REASONS FOR MEETING 

Great, now when I am done, we would like your opinion on the program by using our Google reviews (Share screen with Google review. Pick a good one hopefully with your name). As you can see, we currently have a 4.8star rating from the families we have serviced. When we finish up, I will also ask you to leave a review for me! 

Like it mentions in the letters, my job is to show you the benefits and answer any questions you may have so they have me here for 2 main reasons: 

  1. First to activate and explain the no cost benefits you are entitled to.  
  2. Second, is to activate the permanent program they have designed to fill the gaps in your work coverage. Since these are permanent and portable, you will have to qualify for them, so not everyone that we see can have them. I just need you to listen and ask any questions you might have since we take care of everything today, and that’s in fairness to all the other members waiting to be seen during your enrollment period.
