Okay, (member’s name), can you see how helpful this will kit and family information guide are to help your future planning? Well same with many families across Canada. The majority of Canadians know it’s important to get a will, however in reality only 38% of people in Canada actually have one complete. Can you guess why? They rather don’t know where to go, don’t know how to fill one out, or can’t afford one. So because you requested this Will Kit, the groups wanted to make sure they can help you and the people closest to you. They have allotted you with 10 extra Will Kits to ensure your closest people were taken care of. Now obviously, the people you mentioned as emergency contacts will automatically receive one since they’re so close to you, so that leaves you with 7 people left. And even if these people may already have a will, it’s something that needs to be updated every 5yrs so we never see these go to waste. I know you mentioned you had (a relation ie. friend/sibling) earlier(Refer to rapport) , let’s start with those. 

Now (member’s name), out of the 10 people you sponsored, if you could only choose one person to receive these benefits, who would it be and why? The only reason I ask is, I will make every effort possible to connect with the people you sponsored, but it will take me a few weeks. What I promise every one of my clients is that I’ll get it out to the 1 or 2 people they feel need it the most, within the next day or two. Since your (brother/sister/etc) is MUCH more likely to answer your call than mine, please do me a favor and give them a call quickly so I can squeeze them into my schedule this week! 

Yes - have client call the ref in front of you. Get them to arrange a time for you to call them once you’re done with your current meeting. 

No - No problem, just so I know when the best time to contact them, what time do they usually finish work? Let them know I will give them at that time so I’m not a bother while they’re busy.

In the text there’ll be a message you can copy and paste to make sure you let everyone know that I’ll be reaching out, as I don’t want them to be confused why they get to receive all these great benefits from you!
